So this is the only project I did this year that I actually liked! XD Haha. Actually, I did like that other one...

But anyway! I've been meaning to post this for a couple months now...

The project was to portray yourself as something you aren't, you want to be, something that has a hidden meaning, or something that's completely random.

I'm not entirely sure where this fits in... I'm guessing somewhere between something with a hidden meaning and something completely random...

So I used this one picture of myself that I have saved from the release party of the last Harry Potter book. I was dressed up as Professor Trelawney, and looked downright RIDICULOUS. ( I can't seem to find the actual picture... but another picture of me dressed up can be viewed here )

And I came up with the idea of being a puppet, because mainly I thought it would be interesting. So I used that picture... and this is what came of it. Heh.

I drew the figure (myself :]) using ebony pencil, and various other lead pencils. Then I rooted it on a black posterboard, using thick little sticky things. (haha, good explanation...) So the figure actually sticks out of the picture a bit. Then I used red ribbon for her strings. :]

I actually sold this after Sloane put this in the Butler Art Show. I got $80 for it. :] Which is awesome. But still. I miss it. D':
